To be of assistance to you, please have your model number and replacement part number(s) ready.  These can be located in the Owner's Manual inside (usually sewn in) your carry bag.  The model number may also be found on a carry bag tag or on a tag attached to the product.

Normal business hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST, Monday - Friday.  We endeavor to respond within 24 hours.  Inquiry volume may be heaviest early in the week.
